Use of the website and its services constitute full acceptance of the terms outlined below.

Nature of the Service

The service provided through the website offers general emotional support through a chat-based interface. This service is not medical treatment, psychological care, psychiatric diagnosis, or professional counseling of any kind.
Nothing presented in the chat, website, content pages, or related materials constitutes personal advice, diagnosis, or a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.
In any case of emotional distress, medical symptoms, or danger, you should immediately seek assistance from an appropriate professional or emergency service.

Service Delivery
Upon a successful purchase on the website, access to the SELF-TREAT platform and chat is granted immediately and automatically.
Each chat session may last up to two hours.
Activation of access to the first session constitutes full delivery of the service.

Purchases, Payments, and Invoices

Payments are processed via a Credit card clearing company payment system and subject to their terms. Invoices are issued automatically through their invoicing service and sent to the email address provided by the customer.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation of a transaction shall be made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
  • All transactions on the website are processed as an immediate charge via the Credit card clearing company payment system.
  • A cancellation request may be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that no use has been made of the service, including initial access to the chat or any actual use of the system.
  • Cancellation or refund requests will be accepted only if submitted in writing to: hello@self-treat.com, and only if sent from the email address used at the time of purchase.
  • If a cancellation is approved in accordance with the above conditions, the transaction will be refunded by way of a credit only, and not by a technical reversal of the original charge.
  • Any approved refund will be issued solely to the original payment method used for the transaction and will appear on the customer’s credit card statement within up to 14 business days, in accordance with the credit card companies’ processing timelines.
  • Once the service has been used in practice, no cancellation will be possible and no refund of any kind will be issued, in accordance with applicable law.

Age Restriction

The service is intended for users aged 18 and above.
Minors may only use the service with explicit consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. A payment made on behalf of a minor is considered confirmation of parental knowledge and full responsibility for the minor’s use of the service.

Privacy and Data Protection

The website is not intended for storing medical or highly sensitive information.
Personal information provided during the use of the service is subject to the Privacy Policy.
Chat messages are stored temporarily for operational purposes only.
Personal data may be deleted upon a user’s request, subject to legal requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the SELF-TREAT website and within the chat system—including text, images, designs, code, and media—is the intellectual property of Atias Sarah Malka (SELF-TREAT).
No part of the content may be copied, published, transmitted, translated, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Use of the service is at the user’s sole responsibility.
Self-treat company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the chat, reliance on content, or inability to access the service.
No guarantee is provided regarding emotional improvement, therapeutic results, or resolution of issues.

Expert Services

In certain cases, users may be offered access to an additional paid service provided by a human facilitator. Payment for facilitator services covers professional time only and is non-refundable once the session begins.
